We are happy to accept returns - just make sure that you do the following:
Before process the return, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and contact email address, we will contact you within 24 hours.
Please be aware that we do not offer a free returns service for international customers and we always recommend that you use a tracked delivery option when sending parcels internationally.
- Send them to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition, including original packaging, any accessories, documentation, cards, please ensure that no labels or hygiene strip is removed.
- Send them back to us within 14 days of receipt (expect sales items, customisation items)
- Include your dispatch not as proof of purchase
- Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged of defective products.
- Gift Cards, Sales Items, Customisation Items are non refundable.
When returning your order to our shipping hub, it can take up to 14 days for your turn to be processed. Please allow the full 14 working days to pass before querying your return. Once your return has been processed you will received a confirmation email.
We reserves the right to deny any return.

We will investigate the issue and where applicable, we will process a refund to you.
Any refunds for order will be processed asap and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order is purchased. Refunds are at the discretion of Happy Hear and it may take approximately 14 working days for a refund to show on your statement.
Refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second delivery to be made (e.g. no one available) we will attempt to redeliver and you will not be charged. However, a redelivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts. If we are responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.
Cancelling or Amending Orders
Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for refund (please see the "Refunds" section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless item is faulty.
